Children and young people receive free support at our centres every week, including healthy meals, tutoring, workshops and leisure activities.

At Jumpers, children find places of hope where they experience love and support. We invite children and families to discover their precious potential and prospects – regardless of their social background. Through our Christian-social neighbourhood and school projects, we stand by their side as a source of reliable support and help to strengthen their courage to face life.
In 2010, Thorsten Riewesell’s living room became the birthplace of Jumpers – Jugend mit Perspektive e.V.. In March 2011, the first small neighbourhood project was launched in Kassel-Helleböhn. Thanks to the support of many friends and partners, we are now able to support children at 12 locations across Germany.

We support children, young people and families right where they live. Whether in their neighbourhood, at school or at a sports club, we tackle problems together and help create brighter prospects for everyone. Our children’s and family centres are the heart and soul of our community work. After a warm lunch, children can take part in free sports, creative, music and leisure activities here.
